Repair of the compressor of low pressure (knd) of the gas turbine Siemens SGT.
We carry out work on the front gas turbine engine housing:
- Performing leak checks;
- Preparation of the front support KND (low pressure compressor);
- Checking the bail;
- Performing a check on
alignment with the body of the Knd and other checks;
We carry out work on the rotor of the Low Pressure Compressor (knd):
- Execution of grinding work
labyrinth rotor seals;
- Bore honeycomb seals in
compressor housing;
We carry out work in the adapter:
- Preparation of support nodes;
- Checks for tightness;
- Check for oil consumption;
- Perform alignment check
in the node "KND case - adapter - KVD case".
We work on the repair documentation of the manufacturer.
The work is carried out on the basis of Repair Manuals (MajorOverhaul Manual).
